How to stay in good shape and be healthy?

    -Exercise Daily. Exercise daily for at least an hour.

    -Eat the Right Foods and Portion Each Meal. No matter how bad your stomach is telling you to go for candy over healthy food, try to stay away from sweets.

    -Keep Track of Calories and Food Intake Per Day.

    -Be Sure to Get Sleep.

    -Stay Motivated.

    Eat healthy! - This is subjective, this can mean anything from entirely removing sugar, carbs, and other fats. Or simply just eating more Fruits and Vegetables.

    Exercise! - Work out your muscles, lose fat, and get stronger! Who knows? maybe you could create a moving company and make some money!

    Stay Active! - Don't sit around, get a standing desk! Bike while you watch TV or even just lift weights whilst watching your favorite show!

    Games & Puzzles! - In order to be physically healthy, you gotta be mentally healthy! Work out your brain with Chess, HOI4, Word Puzzles & or any other game or puzzle of your choice!

    Remember, Doing Nothing will result in nothing.
