In Jack London's "Call of the Wild," the Klondike, which is in the Yukon region in Canada, is greatly cold. Besides, the people there treat the dogs cruelly and severely by beating them and starving them if they do not serve their purposes. Thus, the dogs are extremely brutal and violent among them and often kill one of them viciously in a group or one on one.
