Sir/Madam,

I hope this letter finds you in the best of your health. The purpose of this letter is to inform you of the proceedings of the Rock Festival. As the name suggest, it had the zeal for people to come join in. Majority of the city's food vendors took part and put up stalls for the people who were joining.

However, the only issue was that the crowd was not managed properly. The security was weak which lead to the arrival of more people than the tickets sold and the space provided.

If such issues are kept in check next time, this event could bring annual funds and become a tradition.
