Why is it important for students to be skilled at reading, writing, speaking, and listening before graduating from high school

Because In the real world Jobs require for you to do those things if you can't do it then you won't make it in the world. Jobs you are gonna need to count write read speak and listening skills on anything you do outside of high school requires those things look at it as there preparing you for adult life
