    That depends what you're asking.

    Justice doesn't always apply to everyone equally. Not everyone is charged the same, it all depends on what they do. In my opinion, some people, gender and such, do slightly weigh the sentence one gets. Also with people from Mexico that migrated over here are charged a prison sentence and can be separated from their family, for just coming to the United States for safety. This is only my opinion.
