Do you think noise pollution is really a problem how does noise pollution affect you and your family members? Reflect and what can I do to reduce noise pollution do I keep my music volume at a safe level

    Explanation: Yes, noise pollution is a problem and can affects anyone because exposure to loud noise can cause high blood pressure, heart disease, sleep disturbances, and stress. Use headphones/earbuds but make sure not to play them too loud. Listen to headphones at no more than 60% of the max volume for no longer than 60 minutes at any one time.
