Answer: There is none with whom my heart bides

Explanation: In that line he is expressing all the sadness and anguish of not finding any girl who may love him, even though there are so many girls that he compares them with the amount of clouds in the sky, none of them seem to have a romantic interest in him and that's why he's in pain. He also express that the only thing that can cure his pain is a girl.
