    Explanation:children from neglectful homes are more likely to develop social awkwardness due to the lack of being exposed to social gatherings or social interactions since they usual have no one to do that for them and even if they do try it is always not welcomed by the society mostly due to the fact that the way they look is social unacceptable and that create a low self esteem and a lack of confidence.

    However those who are permitted and indulged with these situations are more likely to be confident and be more confident since this is being built in them as they are being exposed.
