What did Kennedy state as the reason that Martin Luther King Jr. was important?

    Kennedy stated that the reason why MLK was important was because MLK presented his issue of blacks not having equality peacefully with protests that were non violent. And Kennedy wanted us to see that MLK was important because he was a fighter who wanted blacks to be equal as whites
