Truth comes from careful observations that are free

It is unexplainable that women cannot participate in

It is important that women play a role in writing a

new constitution.

    The central idea of the passage is that women have to be apart of government. It says " it is important" his alone shows that it is crucial because of equality because of morals and because it is their basic human right. All men should be created equal as stated in the constitution woMEN should also have that opportunity.
