When macbeth visits the witches, which visions convince him that he will not be defeated

In the play Macbeth, the visions that Macbeth gets when he visits the witches are extremely important to the plot. Macbeth is a superstitious man, and these visions convince him of the fact that he will not be defeated and that he will be able to become king.

The first vision is an armed head which warns Macbeth to be careful of Macduff. The second vision is a bloody child that tells Macbeth that no man born of woman can harm him. Finally, the last vision informs Macbeth that he will be safe until Birnam Wood comes to Dunsinane.

One vision that convinces him is the bloody child who says that "none of woman born. Shall harm Macbeth." The other vision that convinces him is the child who says that Macbeth will not be defeated until Birnam Wood comes to Dunsinane Hill.
