What inference can be drawn about how Asian Egyptians felt about the bodies and belongings of their dead pharaohs

    They were very important. They didn't want the bodies to decay, but remain unruined. Their belongings were placed with the Pharaohs because it was believed that those belongings could be taken or somehow have representation to them in the after-world.

    They also believed that their existence after death and in eternal life was dependent on the pharaohs existence after death. That's why the building of the pharaohs tomb or pyramid was of the whole nations concern.
