The central idea in this excerpt, is certainly, that Utopians live in a way they distribute efficiently their resources so there is always a way to satisfy different towns's needs, actually, Utopians when there is surplus, they give it for free to foreign people bringing back gold an silver to the island, so in some way, this is a community living like a household, caring for all the members of the community.
