    Explanation: External conflicts are between the character in question, and an outside antagonist. Examples would be like the character in a fight with another character, or a character being abused by another character. Internal conflicts are conflicts within the character, like if the character was having a panic attack or questioning themselves and/or their morals, values, etc.
