What are some values that are important to the people who live and work in the new nation?

Some core values that were important to new settlers that came to the New Nation are: 1. Individualism, self-reliance, and mutual respect. 2. Popular sovereignty and democracy. 3. Spread liberty and social justice. 4. Enlightenment and education for the common people. 5. Work hard to do his or her own job better, and if it is necessary, take new risks.
