    The answer is A B and C.

Most of these labels do not explain if food has been processed or not. These labels will definitely tell you the amount to eat

Example: Serving size: 1 cup (215b)

It will tell you the amount of calories.

Example: Amount of calories per serving: 220

It will give information as what vitamins, good for your system health, are contained in the product, but also bad ingredients (like sugar) are included in this section but it will not specifically tell you the product has been processed.

    Example: Sugar 3 g

    Vitamin A 2%

    Calcium 1%
