Note that the wording of the protesting guidelines. What word choices create a tone of reasons and control? How might this tone affect readers?

    Well for control usually you would use aggressive words and you would most likely be yelling these words at someone to get them to do what you want. oh and this might anger the reader to want to throw the book or get an angered emotion if the reader understands what is happening
