Robert's speech is due the next day and he knows that he will not have time to finish it. He goes on-line and copies and pastes an entire speech he found on-line and turns that speech into his professor. Robert claims that it is his work. What type of plagiarism is this?

    Direct plagarism

    Explanation:

Robert has copied all the words from someone else's speech and he has placed himself in the role of the real author. He has not used quotations or any attribution, so this sort of plagarism is known as direct. Robert has taken someone else's words an ideas as if these were his own. This is acdemically wrong and unethical.
