    Explanation:

    In story crow was thirsty and it saw pitcher of water but he was not able to quench its thirst due short beak. This perplexed the crow but it kept its calm and used its brain to overcome this obstacle. He saw the pebbles there and thought that if it drops pebbles in pitcher, it will cause rise in level of water and then he can drink it.

    Reasonable crow was smart to solve his problem on his own and thus option 4 is correct answer.
