What freedoms do you enjoy in your life? What do you see as interfering with the exercise of your rights and freedoms?

(assuming this is about america?) then the freedoms that you enjoy in your life are freedoms, such as

- the freedom of speech

- the freedom of religion

- the freedom of the press

- the right to assemble

the above are also freedoms that are covered by the first amendment to the united states constitution

things that you could see as interfering with the exercise of your rights and freedoms are when the government tries to censor your speech or just deny you your own freedoms.

for example, if the government says you can't practice your religion, then that is interfering with your freedom of religion.
