    Explanation:

    It is a story about a seventeen-year-old boy named Holden Caulfield. Holden is shown living in the past in the story. The story begins when Holden was sixteen-years-old, studying at Pencey Preparatory Academy in Hagerstown, Pennsylvania. In the school, he is fond of his history teacher Mr. Spencer. He attends all of his classes but not of others. Mr. Spencer also likes Holden. When Holden was expelled from the school he makes one last visit to Mr. Spencer. Mr. Spencer gives him advice that feds up Holden and he leaves saying good-bye.
