We get to know Calpurnia quite well in Chapter 12. The big change from earlier in the book is the fact Calpurnia: tries to have Scout thrown out of the house obviously favors Jem makes a genuine effort to connect with Scout states that she no longer works for the Finches

    This is taken from the story "To Kill a Mocking Bird" written by Harper Lee. Calpurnia was the housekeeper for Atticus Finch and his two children Jem and Scout. In chapter 12 Calpurnia takes the children to her church.
