2. Mary believes that teachers should be paid for overtime. In her argumentative essay she addresses the view of the opponents who claim that it would be too costly to be paying teachers for overtime.

Some would say that teachers work several hours outside their schedule working hours to prepare lessons and grading papers it would be impossible to account for the time teachers spend on overtime.

However, a clock in and out system could be instituted to address the accountability of time spent doing overtime.
