Should the government release Nevada juvenile offenders during a pandemic

I beleive they should not. I think it would not be safe to, due to the fact they all are in for a reason and may go back to crime. I also think that they are less likely to catch the virus in jail than out of it. I think that as long as they are in good care, everthing is gonna be fine
