    I am learning how to better cope with my anxiety. Which, is making me much less irritable. Believe it or not im learning to better cope with my depression too. I do have to work on my diet though. I need to drink more water my energy alone with just drinking water would be so much better. My skin and hair would look better, my mood would probably be better too. My dad is moving out of my house soon, which is good especially because he stresses mom out so much. I have cut off my friends that are toxic. Toxic to me means people that always disclude me, lie to me, and just are always negative. It has improved my mental health greatly.
