    The answer are:

    4. He has to decide whether to go to war with the conspirators.

    5. He has to decide whether or not to support the assassins.

Antony doesn't seem to differentiate between Cassius and Brutus. He considers them "butchers" and admonishes himself for being so kind to them, even if it is to serve his purpose of revenge for Caesar. He goes on to lament the loss of Caesar, the "noblest man / To ever live the tide of times".

It is clear that emotion has overtaken him, though he keeps a level head long enough to cleverly flee before he is killed as well and convinces Brutus and the conspirators that he will be on their side if they can demonstrate to him why Caesar was dangerous.
