Who did lady macbeth kill?

But it's Macbeth who stabs Duncan, and who, later, kills the guards so they won't talk, and who, even later, orders the deaths of his friend Banquo and Banquo's son Fleance (though Fleance escapes) and also Macduff's wife and son.
