    Explanation:

    Patrick Henry acknowledged and bemoaned the fact that many colonists believed that they were too weak to fight against Britain.

    He believed however, that to sit around and wait and hope will only make them weaker as opposed to the British who are strong and will keep getting stronger as they raise more troops to fight against the colonists.

    He therefore argued that they should use the resources that God had given them to fight and defeat the British.
