Read this line from the poem.

Continuous as the stars that shine

What is the meaning of the simile in the poem?

Like the stars, daffodils keep on shining.

The daffodils shine in the sun like stars in the sky.

Like the stars, there are too many daffodils to count.

Daffodils glow like the stars they resemble.

    I believe the answer is C because the poem says Continuous as the stars that shine

    And twinkle on the milky way,

    They stretched in never-ending line

    I think it is, "Like the stars. daffodils keep on shining. " because that is the only one (besides the example one in the beginning) that talks about something continuously doing something no matter what. But that's just a thought.
