Drug edeucation sgould be carried by agencies and not by teachers is because when a person from an agency comes and teaches the children lesson on how to not accept drugs and how it can harm you, it also includes practicing on how to do it. While, teachers only tech the lesson and review and skip the shy people when the do practice.
