Before the creation, Victor 's attitude towards the subject was controversial and theoretical. He imagined in his mind which is not considered as a sin but highly extremist compared to other people. Thus we can consider it as ethical to visualise about it.

However his actions before the creation reveals an imoral way of acting as he decides to pursue such crazy ideas. in this step, he transitions from a ordinary person into a peculiar human being as he his quest for biological materials which are regarded as highly unethical at that times makes his actions wrong to the eyes of the crowds but correct to the eyes of science.

During the creation, Victor completely becomes unethical and lose his ethnics to both science and society when he decides to cross both borderlines by desrespecting the cadavers body pieces as several body parts from several people are used. This horrific biological mixture causes him to be seen non-ethical by the world but not by god.

Victor cross the limits with God when his scientific attitude to pursue his experiment turns into a wicked sinful attitude to disrespect God's rule. After the creation comes to life by the use of electricity he is regarded as non-ethical to God as his conscience failed to stop him. His actions led to disbelief of God upon him as a sinner who can be forgiven and turned him into a permanent sinner who tried and succeded in creating life, despite the fact that life that he created is considered an abomination to both God and society.

Overall, Victor attitude and actions started as ethical by all the three judges (society, science and God). But as he continued he lost each judge respectively, before the creation (society), during the creation (science) when science turned into witchcraft and after the creation (God), by trying to mimic god himself.
