Is the phrase "Laundry dried" a complete or a fragment?

    It is a fragment because the sentence isn't completed.

    Imagine someone coming to you and they said "laundry dried." you would be confused as a mug.

    Something like "Has your laundry dried already?" would be more appropriate.
