My prediction after reading "What Is IQ and How Much Does It Matter." was contradicted. I know it because the article says IQ is not a general rule that is absolute for problem-solving.

Explanation:

To understand this statement I have to say that my prediction was that IQ was determining and nothing could be changed to improve a person's ability to solve problems. However, the article showed that problem-solving can be developed in a better way than people that have a higher IQ than you. Therefore, it was contradicted.
