Environmental justice can be understood in terms of equal involvement of all section of peoples irrespective of any criteria. This is done to ensure that a healthy environment is enjoyed by all and any effects if so, is equally distributed.

However, as it seems environmental justice has been pervasive. This can be understood in terms of differentiated effects of climate change on certain sections of people, community etc.

Climate change is an established phenomenon now. While there has been general concurrence on its inevitability, there has been no middle ground on its eradication strategy.
