    Although the option D is missing I think the correct option is C. Because When Icarus' father invented the wax wings for him he warns him not to fly too high nor even close the sun because his wings could melt. However Icarus gets too much excited flying and does not realize of the height and ends by falling into the water. This could be work as a metaphor of the child who wants to fly higher than his father or in the day to day the son who wants to get more things than his father.
