When Nick tells Gatsby, "You cannot repeat the past", and Gatsby replies, "Of course you can!" What has Gatsby done to show that he truly believes one can "repeat the past"? Do you agree with Nick or Gatsby and why?

    The only reason Gatsby Is claiming this is because he wants to repeat the past with daisy. He wants things to go back to what they were before the war but the only issue is that daisy is married with Tom Buccanhan
