    Explanation:

    When you feel anxious about the idea of speaking in front of a small or a big audience, you may feel nauseous, nervous, sweating, shaking and these negative feelings are connected with the idea of being judged by others. Besides, context apprehension may affect the way you live (at school, work, home) and it appears in different types such as: trait anxiety, context anxiety, audience anxiety and situation anxiety; so what you can do is to try to do a physical actitvity or practice meditation in order to be more relaxed and adapt yourself better to any context when it comes to speaking.
