The Challenges of collecting DNA as a sample in case of evidence is that it gets contaminated very easily.

It gets damaged when comes in contact with heat as protein denaturation takes place.

It has to be present in a large amount means detectable amount which can be used for the analysis.

These problems can overcome by handling the sample properly and using the sample store in a clean and cool place so that it cannot be disturbed or destroyed.

    Hey there,

For question one, there are a few things that could create a challenging situation. One of the includes another persons DNA getting mixed up into the one you are testing. If you or your partner (s) were to sneeze or get their spit onto the DNA you were testing, then that could mess up the experiment and lead to a mistrial.

For question two, there is a little bit more ... I would say challenging solution. It's simple, but for some people not entirely easy. This solution includes definitely washing your hands, wearing a face mask and using gloves. This won't fully protect the DNA, but if you are careful and take caution, then this could work.

    Best Of Luck,
