Which sentence is punctuated correctly?

That morning began without a hitch, as we headed up the mountain.

I crouched low covered my mouth and nose and braced for impact.

Without warning, a massive wall of snow, suddenly slid above us.

The last sentence is punctuated correctly.

The first sentence needs some revising but does not need the comma.

The second sentence needs a semicolon after "low" and "nose."

The third sentence does not need the comma after "snow."
