The correct answer is Inductive Reasoning

    Explanation:

In reasoning, deductive and inductive reasoning are the two main methods of reasoning. In the case of deductive reasoning, this follows a top-down logic which means in this type of reasoning a conclusion is taken from a general statement. On the other hand, inductive reasoning follows a bottom-up logic and therefore in this, a specific statement or situation is applied to a more general one. Considering this, in the case presented the sentence " I've gotten sore. Therefore, I get sore because I do not stretch before exercising" is an example of inductive reasoning as in this there is a specific statement or situation "Each time I've without stretching, I've gotten sore" and this has been applied to a broader or more general situation "Each time I've without stretching, I've gotten sore".

Inductive because you are noticing a pattern, every time you exercise without stretching, you get sore. Based off that pattern, you conclude you probably get sore because you don't stretch before exercising.
