The main character of The Jungle Book is Mowgli portrayed by Neel Sethi.

In the different versions of the book Mowgli refuse to return to the Human world to whom he belongs to.

But in my opinion the new version of The Jungle Book Kipling decides to make it ends with Mowgli that was back to the man village but he was removed because of the killing Share Khan. He is refused by both world, animal and human, alone and independent

Although the options for this question are not included, we can still try to determine how Mowgli is portrayed in The Jungle Book.

Mowgli is a boy who grew up in the jungle. Because he had no contact with other humans, he believes himself to be a wolf. He considers the pack to be his family, even when it becomes obvious that he is not one of them. Mowgli, however, eventually grows older and discovers his identity and his place in the world, which is with other humans like him.
