1) One of the step that should be followed to make virtual learning interesting is that it must be social, not too rigid Learner may be able to share, comment and probably also rate the learning process.

2) contribution from learner: learner should be able to contribute to the learning process by also creating avenue for them to also share their views.

3) Availability and Accessibility: Should be available in all hours and this will make the learning process accessible at all time even in odd hours.

4) Virtual learning must be affordable, must not be too costly as high cost will deprived and discourage the learner.
