I believe the answer would be C, these individuals even have lawnmowers and landscaping tools on their trucks. Answers B and D have nothing to do with the paragraph. If I were a cop, I would want to know about the details of the thieves' car, so I can identify them more easily in said neighbourhood. I wouldn't want to know if these houses have fenced backyards unless if that is where the robbers are located, but that isn't the case, so I wouldn't want to know about fenced backyards.
