    I believe that what can be inferred from this quote is that D. Romeo does not plan to fight with Paris.

    He tells him to go away, because he will not fight him - he knows Paris is right, and that he should be in jail because he killed Juliet's cousin, however, he still does not want to fight and kill another man.
