    I believe it is C. A rhetorical question is a question you do not need to answer/answer out loud because it may be obvious depending on the question ...

    Umm I would go with C. because everone knows its blue and its blue cause the sun's light rays reflect right off the ocean and cause the sky to be blue I guess, so yeah C.
