What perceptions do people from other countries have about Americans? What about misconceptions?

Some people believe that Americans are very rich and greedy while others see us in a good way of being healthy and having a good amount of money. Many people from China are amazed at how well fed and healthy Americans are and sometimes using "fat" as a compliment.
