    I'd say the correct answer is B - there will be both positive and negative aspects of change. Every time something changes, there will be people who will like the change, and those who will dislike it. There cannot be a change which will make absolutely everyone happy. The other answers don't seem plausible to me, this one is the only one which is sort of a general truth.
