Which of the following statements is considered a neutral argument?

a. "You need to be a professional about this."

b. "I feel we can improve our communication."

c. "I hope you can work on this issue."

d. "It would be best if you try a little harder."

    I'd say that the correct answer is B. A cannot be correct because there is a meaning of reproach in that example. C is also not correct, because there is a personal feeling of "hope", thus it cannot be neutral. D is again not neutral, because you are reprimanding somebody for not trying hard by saying that. And B is correct because there aren't any strong feelings like in the other examples.
