What sentence is the most grammatically correct?

    "Although it had some ideas of Democracy, these only applied to white males."

    This would be the most gramatically correct because of the choices you gave us, the word "strictly" couldn't be used without sounding a bit off. Now, one good way to use "strictly" would be in the following sentence, "Although it had some ideas of democracy, it only strictly applied to white males."It would sound better this way because trying to put "these" and "strictly" in the same sentence isn't working.
