What is more important, what a person thinks or does?

No one knows exactly what a person thinks because we cannot see people think.

On the other hand, we can see how people act and therefore, can judge them by what they do.

So, I think what people do is more important. The expression "Actions speak louder than words" is probably a good analogy in this case.
